MOUNTED DISC HARROW ADM-2.5х2
It is intended for cultivation of all soils types with humidity not exceeding 35%, hardness not exceeding 4 MPa, with a slope not exceeding 10 degrees without soil overturning to depth of 6…18 cm by the to-and-fro method with simultaneous fluffering of unfilled, tight soil, crushing of crop remains, cutting of weeds and other plants on uncultivated fields with simultaneous mixing and uniform distribution of organic fertilizers, straw, crop remains to all depths of cultivated soil layer, and also rolling of the upper soil layer for the purpose of water preservation.

High quality of soil cultivation is achieved by the original design and arrangement of working elements with smoothly adjustable approach angle (0…30 deg.) and high cutting angle (17 deg.) that enables to achieve complete coverage by working elements even at the minimum depth in 6cm.

The harrow provides efficient operation on dry, hard soils and slopes due to absence of soil movement in a cross direction to the moving harrow. Thus, power consumption for soil cultivation and disk wear is less than for disk harrows as the disks spin and therefore friction forces between soil and a disk are minimum that provides high efficiency and considerable fuel economy in comparison with share ploughs and traditional disk harrows.

Disks mounted on an individual tine enable the harrow to work on fields with a lot of plant remains excluding their wrapping on the disk axle and blockage of interdisk space.

Packing wheels, position of which can be adjusted step-by-step within the accuracy of 3 cm, provide required depth of soil cultivation. Application of reinforced bearing units with a special set of labyrinth seals considerably increases the service life and reliability of packing wheels.

If necessary, the original design of working elements allows to replace a disk in place without disassembling bearing units, and also to replace separately a deformed tine without replacing the bearing unit and axle that significantly reduces repair and servicing time during field works.
